What We Think
We stopped by Porto Antico on a weekday afternoon, and the atmosphere was just right, not too busy, with a laid-back, peaceful vibe. The staff greeted us with a smile, and since it wasn’t packed, we got to pick our own table on the lovely outdoor terrace.
Originally, we just planned to enjoy a few cocktails by the sea. But you know how it goes… we ended up ordering their fritti calamari too and we’re glad we did!
The cocktails were excellent, we tried four different types, and each one was not only beautifully presented, but also tasted like quality. You can tell they’re not skimping on the ingredients; they really felt well-mixed and crafted with care.
As for the calamari, it hit the spot. We weren’t looking for a full meal, just something to nibble on, and the portion size was perfect for sharing. You even get to choose your side dish we went for fries and grilled vegetables. The calamari came with tartar sauce and sweet chilli, which paired really nicely.
Overall, it was a great little outing a light snack, refreshing drinks, and a sea breeze. Can’t complain.
