I recently produce a company event at the Thalassa Hotel, and I couldn’t be more impressed with the experience! From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to ensure everything ran smoothly. Every employee was exceptionally professional, attentive, and accommodating. I had the privilege of staying in the Presidential Suite, which was an unforgettable experience—spacious, luxurious, and with breathtaking views. The suite upgrade was a highlight of my stay!
The food and beverage service, managed by Nicholas, was impeccable. Every meal was well-prepared and beautifully presented. The overall atmosphere made our intense three-day event feel easy and enjoyable.
Whether for a company event or a personal stay, I highly recommend Thalassa Hotel. I’ll definitely be returning in the future!
Idyllic location, staff friendly and assistive.30 minutes delay at check in, but got a a really lovely room and genuine embarrassment it seemed for delay
My husband and I have just returned home after a weekend stay at this wonderful hotel. From the minute we arrived until we left, we can only describe the entire experience as perfect. The staff are friendly, helpful and genuinely do everything they can to make your stay as relaxing as possible. The room was immaculate and the view of the sea absolutely breathtaking. The sea is so close you can hear the soothing sound of the waves from your room… bliss! We stayed half board and the food was absolute top quality with a wonderful mix of local and international delicacies. We left with heavy hearts that we could not stay longer but are looking forward to returning again as soon as we can! Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for everything!
Very nice hotel. Extremely professional, friendly and helpful service. The hotel's location and beautiful views. One of the best beaches in Cyprus right next to the hotel.
We wanted to start by saying that our stay at the hotel was simply perfect! From the hotel's prime location on the beautiful beach and cliff, to the amenities it offers, including the pool and the rooms, everything was flawless!
Moreover, what made our experience so amazing was the incredibly kind and attentive staff who went above and beyond to ensure our happiness and meet all our needs. The team was very flexible with our requests, especially Luna at the reception, who made us feel at home from the moment we arrived. She is courteous and amazing, always with a smile and a pleasant demeanor.
Of course, Aristos also deserves a special mention. He is very friendly and enjoyable to talk to, and his warm demeanor makes the dining experience perfect. The rest of the staff, including the doormen, dining room team, and bartenders, were also outstanding. Thank you for an amazing experience and for providing the most enjoyable hotel stay!
Arrived early hours of the morning. Was greeted by lovely staff who checked us in and provided us with a drink which we took to our room. Our bags were bought up by another friendly member of staff. When we got to our room the staff had kindly put a few sandwiches in our room as we missed dinner as we arrived so late.
The room was lovely and spacious. We had a nice view from our room which was a sea view. We were overlooking a big tennis court which was a bit disappointing but we didn’t pay premium for the view so it was nice we could still see the sea.
There was enough loungers at the pool and beach for our stay. We prefer the beach so spent most of our time swimming in the sea.
We only had the bed and breakfast option, but the breakfast was amazing! Every morning we enjoyed something different.
We had room service a couple of times and the food was lovely and reasonably priced.
Great hotel with beautiful sea views. Nice swimming pool, close to the sea, which is also a big advantage. Very good food at the main registration. Helpful and professional service. There is a very calm atmosphere in the hotel and around the pool. Hotel guests relax in peace and quiet. The perfect place to relax. The drinks at the bar are very good, based on original alcohols.
To be improved: 1. Evenings should be more varied. For example, some instrumental or singing concerts. This type of thing happened 3 times during my week's stay. 2. Increasing popularity in social media, e.g. regular Instagram/Facebook, photos, stories, etc.
Our stay at Thalassa Boutique Hotel was nothing short of perfect! From the moment we arrived, the service was outstanding – the staff went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. The rooms were beautifully designed, comfortable, and offered stunning views that made our experience even more special. The food was absolutely delicious, with every meal prepared to perfection. Whether it was breakfast, lunch, or dinner, every bite was a delight. We can't recommend Thalassa Boutique Hotel enough for an unforgettable and luxurious getaway!
Advantages: beautiful view from every place in the hotel. Delicious although poor meals, peace and quiet, relaxation. No music, no animations, half of the guests by the pool are reading books and the rest are sleeping or looking at their phones. No loud conversations. Full culture. At 10 a.m. maybe 5 percent of the deckchairs are occupied. Disadvantages: all-inclusive ends at 6 p.m. Refrigerator refilled once a week. The afternoon snack bar is a grim joke (fries, pasta with sauce and tomatoes with cucumber). Nasty desserts. Inedible ice cream - no one wanted to eat it a second time! Very dirty and sticky tables by the pool. Nobody washes them. Dirty pool floor - on the first day the waiter dropped trays of drinks and this dark, sticky stain was not washed off for the entire 8 days.
A high-class hotel only for adults, allows you to relax peacefully, the service is fantastic, polite, helpful and unobtrusive, the food is exquisite and varied, the trip is worth the price, but the sea is a bit capricious, sometimes cold, sometimes warm, sometimes clean, sometimes cloudy, but it's all worth tasting and be amazed
Just completed 11 nights at Thalassa. The most beautiful hotel, the images really don't do it justice. The warmest welcome by the beautiful Andri, who has the biggest smile in Cyprus. Staff are excellent and so accommodating. Special thanks to the Hotel Manager for our stunning room, Andri for the warmest welcome and assistance. Sus, who must be the most attentive and delightful waitress. Last, but certainly not least, the amazing bar tender Alex, the most consumate professional and true gentleman, the nicest guy in the World. Thank you to the lovely doorman, and the rest of the staff. Apologies that I don't know each of you by name. Fantastic job by all. Well done Thalassa. Your hard work is appreciated and noted.
We are leaving hotel today and stayed here 8 days. Maybe the rooms are very modern but I really loved everything about this hotel. The restaurant served delicious food every day there was something different. There was nothing which I disliked. The staff working here is amazing, every single person working in Thalassa hotel is nice and kind maybe their command of English is not perfect but they are communicating. I recommend this place for people who want to have peace and quiet. There are no children and every night there was live music. Perfect place to rest!
Just returned home from a brilliant 10 days at this lovely hotel. All rooms have a sea view and a balcony. There's a lovely big dinning room with tables outside too if you wanted. The food was brilliant, all meals were served as a buffet, lunch and dinner were usually themed with plenty of hot dishes to choose from as well as plenty of salad dishes too. The deserts were outstanding!! All the staff were Very friendly and approachable and nothing was too much trouble. Excellent service throughout.
Warm welcome from the concierge, helping us carry the bags from the car to our room, and complimentary refreshing lemonades upon arrival. Amazing sea view from our room with breathtaking sunset. Easy access to coral bay beach with plenty of sun beds available. Very helpful stuff that went above and beyond to cater our needs. A big thank you to the F&B manager Mr. Nicolas for making us feel special and very welcome at our short stay.
We recently stayed at the Thelassa Boutique hotel and Spa ( adults only ) The location is beautiful and upon arrival the staff were excellent, attentive and so friendly. The hotel is spotless and from the pool staff, the attentive room staff, cleaners and reception and bar and restaurant staff were all excellent. We would like to give a personal mention to Alex who works at the bar and he was brilliant we don't drink and he made an extra effort to make us mocktails to make us feel included, his table and pool side service throughout the day with coffee etc and his personal service everyday was wonderful. The spa is an added extra and simple and relaxed atmosphere. Our balcony view of coral bay was lovely and I would definitely recommend this hotel for a relaxing getaway for couples or solo travellers.
Thalassa Boutique Hotel & Spa is a gem on Coral Bay! Recently renovated and impeccably clean throughout. The panoramic views of Coral Bay from every room are simply breathtaking, making it a rare find. Ideal for those seeking tranquility, the serene ambiance, soft poolside music, and minimal noise create the perfect haven for relaxation. The staff goes above and beyond, accommodating every request with warmth and efficiency; they even graciously extended our room stay for our late flight. With easy beach access, complete with sun loungers and umbrellas, swimming in the sea couldn't be more convenient. The pool, overlooking the bay, is equally spectacular. And don't miss the stunning sunsets from the balcony! The spa, a complimentary treat for guests, offers an extensive range of treatments, including massages and even a hairdresser (currently only available at Coral Bay Hotel next door). Plus, indulge in delicious, affordable drinks from the bar and a sumptuous breakfast spread. Thalassa Boutique Hotel & Spa truly exceeded my expectations at every turn and I will definitely go back! Highly recommended!!
