This hotel is perfectly placed for an enjoyable family holiday. The whole hotel is spotlessly clean and the hospitality team do a great job of keeping rooms clean and tidy. The views from our balcony was spectacular. The pool is one of the best I’ve ever experienced in a hotel of this kind.

There is an excellent bus service to Coral Bay and Paphos and the cost for this is reasonable. I’d recommend you get a day ticket for €6.50 or €25 for the week.

The Beach is good too and just a stroll from the hotel pool.

The downside is that the hotel is badly in need of a makeover. Things, whist spotlessly clean, are tired and dated. Despite this I would definitely return to this hotel and am happy to recommend it.

It is hard to give a one opinion. Localisation is perfect (sandy Beach, view, smak pool, atractions). Stuff is friendly and try hard to please the guests (it seans to be a family hotel). Rooms should had been reneved 15 years ago.

Review based on our experience. Very very dated rooms, needs improvements big time! Hols on the walls… no wifi?! No politeness and professionalism. Do better you need tourists!
Tv not working when asked to fix it at 6 o clock been told tomorrow! It’s late! Awful.
Arrived midnight , no greeting, told us which room we had to find it in dark no lights no signs on the walls which number is where? Walls so thin you can hear everything! When asked about entertainment’sinfo they didn’t know. Poor food, £17 ! Dinner &£8 breakfast. I’m sorry but I would never stay here( in hotel )again. The location is definitely one of the best and clean sea,but be prepared to pay £ 5each day for sun lounger… Loved the zoo, the water park and the boat trip! Shame about the hotel and the poor service.

The rooms have more of a dormitory feel, but hats off to everything else.

My stay at Corallia beach was very nice, much better than expected.
Food was great! Rooms spacious and clean, large swimming pool and location 5 out of 5.
The beach is just a 60 sec walk from reception and it is sandy and very beautiful. The Arapis coral bay restaurant is the perfect lunch spot with stunning views and lovely personal. Thanks to the team at Corallia beach hotel for a fanstastic week!
Hotel close to the sandy beach, very quiet area, view of the beach from the room, very nice service, I rate the hotel 5

We came back on Tuesday and had a wonderful week. Breakfast and food was good. Had a sea view room with a beautiful view. The rooms are a bit old but very clean. The staff were all very friendly and very helpful if you had any questions. Hotel and beach very quiet, you can really relax. We'll be back but then in spring or autumn 😉 it was just too hot 😀

Stay July 2024, couple plus boy 5 years old
The hotel is quite old, and the equipment in the rooms is also unfortunately. The air conditioning is a bit noisy, but at 34 degrees outside it works fine. There is also a fridge in the room.
There is no tragedy. Plus, there is no beach bar, but we didn't have the Allinclusive option, so we didn't notice it. The view of the sea and the surrounding area is great.
A huge advantage of this place is a large sandy beach in the immediate vicinity of the hotel. Just walk 50 meters. The water is very clean and warm. The second huge advantage is the reception and restaurant service. They are really nice, helpful and always smiling. The food is very tasty, plenty of it and there is a lot to choose from. Breakfast is a bit monotonous, but everyone will find something for themselves. If someone says otherwise, it's just pure malice. There's a large parking lot next to the hotel, so there's room to park a rental car. There's also a bus to the town, so it's easy to get around. If someone wants to eat something different, there's a great restaurant, Porto Antico, 100 meters from the hotel.
I consider my stay to be a great success.

Lovely hotel, yes it's dated but does that really matter when it's right on the beach and you've therefore got a beautiful view. Staff are fantastic and the restaurant onsite by the pool does delicious meals.

Our stay at Corallia Beach Hotel was far from pleasant, marred by a series of disappointing experiences that overshadowed the few positive aspects of the location.

Room Conditions:
The rooms were notably dated, with furniture seemingly straight out of the 70s and 80s. The bed, in particular, was uncomfortable, with broken springs making it difficult to get a good night's sleep, the bed was hard as well. The air conditioning unit was extremely old and barely functional, rendering it practically useless. Listing it as a room feature on booking sites feels deceptive. Additionally, there was an incident where the water supply was cut off for about an hour, which was inconvenient.

WiFi:
There is no WiFi in the rooms, only in the reception and the pool bar.

Hotel Amenities and Location:
On the positive side, the hotel offers a stunning view and a large pool. Its proximity to the sea is also a major plus. There is a bus service from the hotel to a nearby tourist city center, which is quite convenient. However, for those who prefer walking, the closest large supermarket is about 30 minutes away, with only minimarts in the immediate vicinity and a few bars. There is a 24/7 hotel mini shop as well with higher, but not to expensive prices.

The gym was unusable as it closes as 8 o’clock, but there is no AC inside so the room temperature while exercising is 30-35 degrees Celsius.

Dining Experience:
I highly recommend avoiding the hotel restaurant (pool bar) due to serious hygiene concerns. I observed a staff member handling multiple roles—cleaning the floor, taking orders, cooking, and serving food—without washing their hands in between tasks. Instead, consider dining at Porto Antico restaurant nearby, which offers a far better experience (see my other review for pictures).

Customer Service:
The customer service at Corallia Beach was shockingly poor. The staff displayed unprofessional behavior on multiple occasions. One incident involved a guest being yelled at simply for requesting a spoon for his morning coffee. Additionally, when we attempted to extend our stay for an emergency, we were initially told it would be possible for 90€. However, just an hour or so before checkout, we were informed that we would be sent to another hotel (possibly of significantly lower quality as I’ve read in another review), without any prior warning or clear information on the new location. This kind of treatment has happened before, as other reviews indicate similar experiences with overbooking.

Don’t visit this hotel for your own best. Choose another hotel and don’t ruin your vacation by visiting this hotel.

Lovely location beautifully quiet in term time. NO Animation team, NO Awful so called piped music NO ,entertainment. Just good food, lovely staff team and a place to enjoy the sun in peace by the pool, on the lawns or the extensive beach. Bliss!
We have been on this beach for many years. Customers of ours have booked through our recommendation at the Hotel Corallia beach. The Arais restaurant was also worth a visit for many years.
But now you don't pay the most expensive fee for a deckchair and umbrella from Paphos and CoralBay. But now you even have to pay 1 euro for a short shower. You can't even shower your feet free of charge.
Money collector but no service.

Holidaymakers and residents are already complaining about this poor service in the morning. It is a catastrophe.

After many years, we say NO THANKS with us, no more.
Also no customer of ours will ever book this place and hotel again. There are beautiful places, this one is now just a money machine.
