We spent absolutely wonderful few days there! It was my birthday trip, the hotel staff prepared a cake and wine for the room for the occasion, which was incredibly nice. The hotel is very comfortable and nice, the staff was soo nice (especially Mr. Costas, who you can see loves his job), good food, although I was hoping for more seafood. In addition, a fine dining dinner at Fiki was a nice touch. Location away from the hustle and bustle, we relaxed as we wanted. I would definitely come back again

We arrived at 23:45. My first impression was that the reception area was hugely spacious, glamorous and very tastefully decorated. We were greeted by exceptionally friendly staff. On checking in we were told to have a seat and served an iced glass of lemonade while the porter came to take our cases to our room. As we arrived late they had left sandwiches in the room. The fridge is well stocked with beer, soft drinks and water. The room has obviously had a refurbishment and with closer inspection the painting was possibly a bit rushed possible due to a deadline to open the hotel. That being said, the bed is extremely comfy but could have done with a flatter pillow. Our view was a side sea view, with a beautiful view of the sunset from our balcony at night.
The pool is magnificent with 12 pairs of loungers partially in the water. Nice if you can get them. Most days coming down at 08:00 they already had towels reserving the loungers in the pool. I did come down one day at 07:00 and only 3 pairs were left. This is something the hotel will need to address and these towels, hats or even books reserving the loungers could be on for hours before any one appeared. There are plenty of other loungers round the pool and getting a lounger was never an issue. The loungers are super comfy. There are replacement pool towels available each day or whenever you need a change. There are two pool bars, with one being a snack bar in which you can also order food at your lounger. Personally it would be better having people go to the snack bar and order food there, as it can get a bit hectic with staff trying to remember orders. The staff serving drinks work very hard and are always super friendly. Plenty of drinks, ranging from cocktails to smoothies and coffees included in the all-inclusive.
Both myself and my wife found the restaurant food to be excellent, it was of an exceptionally high standard. Very varied, to suit all tastes. On our last night the desert was apple and cherry crumble, which was delicious. Compliments to the chefs.
During your stay you can enjoy a meal at the Japanese restaurant. This was excellent.
Overall we had a brilliant stay at this hotel. The positives are the food and the amazing pool area. The only slight negative is that the room does have a few snagging issues, but I’m sure they will we addressed during the winter months.

If you’re going to visit the beach, it’s well worth going to the next beach along from coral bay (Laourou beach) approx. 20min walk from the hotel. You can get the 615 to this beach and it’s the last stop.
The bus costs 2 euros or 6.5 euros for unlimited day trips.

I have to mention Vicky who is one of the mangers at the hotel. She was always doing her rounds, chatting to guests and making sure your holiday was going smoothly.

I would certainly like to visit this hotel again.

I had an amazing experience. The room was spotless, comfortable, and well-equipped with modern amenities. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, making sure all my needs were met. The location is perfect, close to major attractions and easy to get around. I also enjoyed a delicious meal at the hotel’s restaurant. Overall, it was a wonderful stay, and I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Paphos. I'll definitely be back!

Second day in and overall it is a lovely hotel. All inclusive is good value and quality, the pool area is fantastic. Plenty of beds no matter what time you venture down. If you like to sit out on the balcony then make sure you get a pool or sea view room. Some rooms with an inland are very disappointing, ours was waste land with recycling rubbish and two shipping containers. Unfortunately we also had the smell of sewage whenever we used the balcony along with the recycling cart and machine waking us up at 7am every morning.

Our recent stay at Cali Resort and Spa was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment I arrived, the experience was seamless and memorable, thanks in large part to the incredible hospitality of Victoria, the Guest Relations Manager. Her warm welcome and attention to detail truly set the tone for a fantastic stay.

The resort itself is stunning, with beautifully designed rooms and top-notch amenities that cater to every need. The rooms were cleaned daily to perfection, and as we were on an all-inclusive package, the minibar was topped up every day, ensuring we always had refreshments at hand. During my stay, I did encounter a minor issue with the air conditioning in my room. However, this was very quickly and efficiently resolved by the attentive staff, ensuring my comfort was never compromised.

The dining experiences were outstanding, starting with the hotel buffet that offered plenty of choices to suit every palate. We particularly enjoyed the themed cuisine nights, which added a delightful variety and a special touch to our meals. However, the highlight was undoubtedly the dining experience at Fiki, the on-site Japanese restaurant. The food was nothing short of incredible and portions that were impressively generous. Each dish was a delightful journey into authentic Japanese cuisine, leaving me eagerly anticipating my next meal there.

The poolside team was also outstanding! Always attentive and making sure guests were not wanting for anything. The cocktails were very tasty, adding to the relaxing and enjoyable atmosphere by the pool. My only feedback would be regarding the pool itself. By midday, the water became quite warm, and by 3 PM, it felt like bath water. I'm not sure if it could be cooled, but a more refreshing temperature would enhance the overall pool experience.

The spa facilities and relaxing area were a much-needed retreat after a hot day in the sun. The serene environment and excellent services provided a perfect way to unwind and rejuvenate.

Overall, Cali Resort and Spa exceeded all my expectations. The combination of all the staff's outstanding service, the swift resolution of any issues, the meticulous room service, the diverse buffet options, the exceptional poolside team, the luxurious spa facilities, and the culinary excellence at Fiki made my stay unforgettable. I highly recommend this resort to anyone looking for a luxurious and enjoyable escape.

We spent 9 days here in July 2024, 1 month after it opened. Staff are very attentive and the service is definitely 5 star. Breakfast was amazing and the chefs are a credit. All customer service staff were at hand when needed and we'd highly recommend. A special mention needs to go to Kallos Spa located in the basement - amazing treatments, clean change areas and the indoor pool was perfect to cool off. We would return for the spa alone and the service of the staff.

We spent a week at cali resort after booking earlier in the year, we have never stayed at a newly renovated hotel before and really loved the concept when we viewed the plans ; we were not disappointed!! I know there had been some not great reviews but please do not let this deter you! I’m not sure what some people expect from a brand new renovation, as it’s a Louis chain I’m sure as the season goes on it will deliver as perfectly as the others! Other than some tiny snagging issues in the rooms, namely just unfinished paint touches ect we couldn’t fault anything! Some people complained about aircon in the rooms not working but ours worked the whole week, and from what I could tell anyone who did have any minor issues had them sorted out promptly!

The look and feel of this hotel is absolutely beautiful and very calming and stylish. The staff were amazing, nothing was ever too much trouble and you can really tell the staff care about the guests and want to make your stay as wonderful as possible. Always greeted with a smile and a good morning. The food was delicious, plentiful and there was always a good selection, vegetarian too! I think unless you are a SUPER picky eater, you will always find something to your taste. The pool bar snacks are perfect for if you just want a light bite around the pool, and we highly recommend booking the Fiki Japanese fusion restaurant - a delightful tasting menu and very filling. There are plenty of sun loungers available all day! You do get the usual sun lounger reservers out early bagging the in pool loungers…However having said this, the only time we didn’t get an in pool lounger (we would go after breakfast at around 9am) were on the days we went to the beach in the morning. We always got a sun lounger at any point during the day. The pool is huge, and has a very calm and relaxing atmosphere. The evening entertainment for us was lovely, there was an accordion player, saxophonist, guitarist and a very good live singer across the evenings and it was lovely to listen to as the sun set with a drink.

We had the perfect relaxing stay, thank you so much for a lovely holiday ☺️

Our stay was fine but this is NOT a luxury hotel

1. The shower wouldn't drain fast enough and the bathroom would get wet with every shower
2. The shampoo and conditioner holder fell off during our stay
3. The shower gel is by the sink and not in the shower
4. No blackout curtains
5. The beach is actually a 15 min walk away.
6. The staff are very nice but needs more training

The list goes on and there are other luxury resorts for less in the region.

The view from the room was good

We arrived 2 days after the hotel opened. Yes, there are some minor teething issues with the room and housekeeping that was not to the standard of 5 star hotel. However we could see improvements every day. Staff really do their best for you and always with a smile. The pool, the bar and lobby areas do have a luxury, relaxed vibe both during the day and evening. The food was decent and a wide variety of options. If you fancied a break from hotel restaurants, there are plenty of bars and restaurants within short walking distance of the hotel. Easy to get to Paphos itself with public transport. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay.

Not long openend as a new hotel, a few teething issues, but nothing to panicking over. Great service, food is excellent, pool area clean, sunbeds top notch. We have only been here 3 days, but any issue we have had has been sorted out. Photos from the room.
